Yoga styles


Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures to work every inch of your body, every internal organ, muscle, tendon, ligament and joint.

You’ll develop strength and flexibility. There's a 90 minute and a 60 minute version.


Sumits Yoga is a flowing style of yoga performed in a heated room set to music, which includes Bikram components.

Link breath, body and movement.   There's a 75 minute and a 60 minute version.


Yin allows you to access the fascia or connective tissue within the body. 

It is a static meditative style of practice. 

Each class will be different.  

Hot Pilates

Pilates 60 minute full-body workout with music in a heated room.

It contains traditional Pilates principles.


An energetic, rhythmic flow of yoga postures that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

Enjoy the relaxation at the end.


Mysore is a completely personal approach to your yoga journey.

Move through your morning relaxation and asana focusing on your personal needs.

Combine meditation and movement to seek your body’s fulfilment. The guidance of a senior teacher is available.

Traditionally, Mysore classes have only been available to Ashtanga students. 

We know one size doesn’t fit all. As long as you can practice a sequence by memory we will work with you to achieve your physical and spiritual goals.
